Is there a difference between a I-130 transfer notice and the NOA1

Hello,

I was just getting my documents ready to send in the I-129F for the K3 visa and I saw on the checklist on this site, it said to send the transfer notice and the NOA1. Does that come at different times or does it come together in the mail? Meaning if i get the NOA1 in the mail, then do i have to wait to get the transfer notice as well to be able to send in the I-129F?

Yes, they are different.

As far as i understood NOA1 is a receipt notice informing you that they already received your application while on the other hand Transfer Notice is a notification that they will send to you once your application was transferred to a different Service Center (ex. CSC -- > NVC or vice versa ). If you didn't get a Transfer Notice then that means your application wasn't transfered.
