got email from embassy

hello all.

finally called embassy and set apt for my fiancee for May 27th. Im so happy, im planning on getting her tickets to manila on the 14th so she can get her medical done so theres no problems. I got an email of confrimation, its not long at all. heres what they sent me. The lady i talked to at the emabssy said the email is the apt letter to get into the interview. Im just wondering if this is what everybody else received, or i need more info.

Is this the letter my fiancee needs to print out and give to st.lukes to get into the medical, and also get into the embassy for her interview???
