Missing biometrics form and other issues

I seem to have mislaid my biometrics form, having done the I571 biometrics interview on the 20th of March.

I have not heard anything about my interview for adjustment of status. They said on the 20th March that I'd hear in a few weeks. Since then nothing has arrived.

Has anybody the number of the Charleston area office so that I may ring them to obtain a copy of the form?

Also, is this timeline in keeping with everybody else? My PR card expires on June 7th.

I'm a little frantic, hunting the house for the missing form. Been hunting for days. I'm finding a ton of rubbish during my hunt though that I'm bagging up.

Update - found the form nestling at the back of my firesafe, behind a pile of DVDs. Phew - still waiting for the interview date though.

Further update - there is indeed a missing letter. Apparently my case is being processed by the Vermont office as of March 21st. I was supposed to have received notification of this but have not, as far as I can recall, had a letter to this effect or indeed any other letters. My wife looked it up and apparently Vermont is currently processing March 2007. Looks like a year's wait!

Now my wife's theatening to call me a Big Welsh Dummy - lol.
