7:00am

hay sad again 2nd time interview naka 3 consulate ung husband ko..they still dont accept the paperworks for my daughter still not enough daw...so i have to file her immigrant status with the lawyer or get more supporting docs for sophie...maiwan anak q =(

Thats sad to hear.Ano ba hinahanap nila?Nsa military ba hubby mo b4?If he is...he can use that.Thats my fiancee told me.Coz he was not in the US also 5years b4 his 14th Bday.Sa Germany kc sya ipinanganak and lumaki kc German Mom nya.Na-aquired nya lng US citizenship dahil sa Dad nya na USC,then nag-joined sya sa ARMY...so we will present his military records also and his old passport din para makita ng consul na sa Germany sya ipinanganak. If hndi nila accept...Philippine passport na lng gamitin anak ko kc naka-include din nman sya sa K1 so K2 sya.

I will be scheduling my fiance Carol for June 10 also. I believe June 12 is labor day. I hope this does not make this a bad week for an interview.

June 12 is not a labor day but Independence day. However, our President Arroyo moved the celebration of that holiday to June 9. Isn't that unique? That's only in Pinas. :star:

here's what i wrote to my inlaw about my daughters 2nd interview after apr 4 =(

hi dad,, im sad today because mario just went to US embassy and the 3

consulates denied ur grand daughter for us citizenship because of lack

of docs. for marios' domicile after his 14th birthday that is from

1999- onward.. and mario's final entrance and exit clearance from

philippine bureau of immigration..inspite of telling that all the

paperworks are wash away by the hurricane katrina...hope we can see

other facts of marios' domicile records they want government issued

paperworks like tax transcripts but since of low income he dont have

tax transcripts from thereon, they also like employment record, or

school record of that date (1999-onwards)

another option is to wait a year or 3 to process immigrant status.

It's not the first time the Philippine government moved their Independence day, since it use to be on July 4th until 1964.
