Hi folks,

Our I751 packet goes out Tuesday at the latest. Here is a copy of what we are submitting. I am hoping some folks who have gone through this process already can tell me if we have any glaring holes. I think I have it all covered-I used the cover letter on this site as a guide.

All advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

• Copies of the passport and green card of wife

• Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friend and family, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

• Copy of our joint US tax returns for 2007 and 2006.

• Copy of annual statement from insurance company showing the designation of wife's life insurance to husband

• Copy of Beneficiary designation form from wife's company’s 401K plan to husband

• Copy of residential lease from 2006-2008 in both names

• Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy.

• Copy of vehicle lease in both names

• Copies of car insurance policy from 2006-2009 with both names.

• Copy of our visa cards showing a joint account.

• Copy of Joint Savings account statements 2006-2008

• Copy of Join checking account statements 2006-2008

• Copy of cell phone bills in both names

• Copy of utility bills in both names 2006-2008

• Copy of Pictures with friends and family from Canada and the US 2006-2008

• Copy of Thank you cards and envelopes from wedding attended in 2007

And of course the check and I751 form filled in.

What do you think?

What do you think?

Looks GOOD!

With all that you "may" not be required an interview!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Thanks for the input.

Anyone else find any holes? :)

I guess they could always make us go for the interview if they think we don't have enough.

Do you have the paper card the 2 year green card came on? It says on there to mail it in when lifting conditions.

If you can't find it, don't fret.

Good luck to you. We mail Andre's off in August!
