Hi! I want to ask what are the reason AOS will be denied? we

just sent our AOS last friday and i forgot to answer a question about

where field office you will apply this I-130? for my son is this going to be

the reason why the uscis will denied my son Petition? im so worried now

dont know what to do. any help will truelly appriciated

Hi! I want to ask what are the reason AOS will be denied? we

If your forms are not fully completed, they will be sent back to you with your payment for you to correct them and resubmit them. This does not count as a denial because USCIS wont have officially accepted the forms. You just need to wait for them to come back and make sure you complete all the forms fully and resubmit.

Son can't get AOS approval without I-130 approval.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Thank you for a fast reply, ok so i will just wait for them to

send my son I-130? I have another question are they going

to send the whole package with my I-485? thanks! :D
