HEY FRIENDS!

AS IT SAYS THAT FOR APPLYING FOR THE I129F PETITION, A LETTER OF INTENT TO MARRY IS NEEDED FROM BOTH US CITIZEN AND THE FOREIGN FIANCEE. NOW DO I MAIL MY FIANCE MY PART OF THE LETTER OR AM I GOING TO NEED TO HOLD ONTO THAT UNTIL I HAVE TO GO IN FOR MY INTERVIEW??

THANKS MUCH.

When u are gonna apply your petition and send it to your service center, one of the requirements there is your letter of intent to marry for both the petitioner and the beneficiary and also during your interview the petitioner should send the beneficiary another letter of intent to marry dated closer to the scheduled interview.

GOODLUCK AND GOD BLESS.

The letter of intent is required in the I-129F application from both persons - so you will need to send it to your fiance now so it can be included in the application. You will need to do another one for later, after NOA2 and closer to the interview, both of you stating that you continue to support the I-129F/K-1 Visa.

We sent only two cell phone bills in the initial packet, one from the beginning of the relationship and the most recent one. We took every month's bill to the interview. We sent in a few photos in the initial packet, brought more to the interview.

Hi Cindy,

Reserve the phone bills and the photos you have as proof of your relationship for your interview. I presume your fiance has his own phone records and pictures of you being together which he will include when he files I-129F.
