Seminar stamp - Manila

OK...we completed our interview in Manila on April 25 and are waiting for the Visa. The Guidance and counceling seminar was completed last July at Prism and we have the certificate of completion. They did not ask for that certificate at the interview. On the CFO website it says that before you can depart you must have your passport stamped showing that the seminar was completed. At what point do we do this, and where? I called CFO and talked to someone who wasn't too bright aand they said all that's needed ks the Visa and the certificate to depert. Anyone know more about this?

once u receive your visa go back to cfo building bring the certificate u got last july and they will put stamp on your passport. its a requirements once u did not stamping your passport u cant leave the country. hope this will help for u. good luck and god bless

When i had my seminar in CFO (SMEF), they told me that i need to go back there after i got my visa and bring my passport with visa plus the Guidance and Counseling Certificate for them to stamp my passport. They said i can't leave the country without that stamp.
