Silly question...YEP having airhead moment

Hi again all..we are getting ready to order the visa papers...I have a question though

HOW do I go about getting the packet for the first part Do I pay the 455 to get it OR do I send the 455 WITH the filled out papers AND where do i get the papers from...which ones will I need LOL

so confused and in need of a zoloft LOL

You either need a copy of your birth certificate or copies of every page of your passport to prove you are a U.S. citizen.

Really, start with the guides and form instructions. We're here for remaining questions but these are the easy ones you'll pick up on the first pass through the guides and instructions. If you fail to learn the process, you won't know what to ask.

On a side note, if you have a ( translated when need be ) copy of the beneficiaries BC and passport, go ahead and send it in with your petition. Others may argue and say you are not required to submit the beneficiaries BC and passport, true... but then again some have gotten RFE's because they didn't include it. It is your case to build and present.

Reading through the guides will help you understand the process a lot. Of course there will still be things we may not understand as the guides are not 100% detailed for every situation possible so the forums become a great asset in helping you complete the process.
