So do i wait and see which papers make it to the consulate and from there i wd know which type im taking??

Please read the guides. The I-130 will not get to the Consulate without significant input from you, while an I-129F will proceed without your assistance. Time to learn the process.

Try that CR1 step by step guide one more time and see if you don't see the NVC steps.
