G-325a and job history

I am about to send off the I-129f petition, however the job history part on the g325a is holding me back...

1. I have been a student, full time and part time. I know this isn't literally employment, but would it be OK to write this in instead of stating "None"? Or should I write "None"? (I don't want to give the impression that I did nothing for some 8+ months or whatnot!)

2. Same question as above about having had 2 different internships (unpaid).

3. Also, when I am not working at my normal job, I work at an art gallery (mainly weekends). I get paid in cash for this and have never filed it on my taxes since the gallery doesn't re have an "official" payroll (it's a co-op). Should I include that I work there or is this bad since it doesn't show up on my W2's, etc.? Do they verify employment by looking at tax records or what? I want to include it because when I have been in school and/or unemployed, it's been a substantial part of my income, but I don't want to cause any, um, trouble.... help?

What would you do? Or has anyone had similiar situations?

Thanks so much for any advice given!

June 26, 2012 - The Hubbs received his 10-year Permanent Residency Card (aka THE Greencard) in the mail today!

At long last, this highly stressful leg of our journey has come to a close - for now - and we couldn't be more grateful and appreciative for all the tremendous help and support here on VJ! Without VisaJourney I doubt we would be where my husband and I are today! Thanks to all!

Go ahead and put your studies and internships if it gives you comfort. They don't really matter at this point. When your fiance goes for the interview is when you will need to show income or have a co-sponsor. Not including the income from the co-op is up to you, even if they don't give you a w-2 or 1099 - it doesn't prevent you from declaring it as your income (yes you would end up paying bunch of social security taxes on it). If you receive less than $600 (I think) then they do not have to give you a 1099 anything over that they are required to. Good Luck

My husband didn't file out that part when he filed for my K1 visa. I think there is no problem, but if you want to feel more confident about it, you can write an explanation letter.
