I just got the approved letter!

Application Type: CRI89 , PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Card production ordered.

My timeline:

Service Center: NSC

NOA: 02/14/07

Transfer to CSC: 03/27/08

Approval Date: 05/02/08

I am one of few people here who are lagging behind from the normal time frame for tranferred cases. It was really frustrated. I even called custom service center last week and the lady I talked with made me feel that my case is going through more background check. So if you have the same situation like me, be patient and don't stress yourself out.

On May 2, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30

days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you

we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call

customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we

process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case

status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from

USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS

Customer Service at (800) 375-5283.

*Current processing times can be found on the USCIS website at

I believe I got approved too, right? Yeah I got approved, the email was just not signed for some reasons. US Citizenship, here I come !!!!!!! Thanks everyone for ur support through this journey. From when I just got here in the US, new to everything, this site has helped me all along to this point..........Thanks again guys...
