Just to let everyone know, on the James's Shortcut, it mentions being able to pay the IV bill online. They don't yet have it working, (I called to get my invoice number like it said and) I was told that they do have that information, but the online payment is not yet functioning. Just thought I would share that.

It is off line right now... but worked last week. I was able to use it and get the cover sheet. If you are about to send in the IV bill, I would wait a few days to see if it goes back up. Saves a ton of time.

Thanks :) I was getting worried, because I see that other people used it. I'll check back every day.

It does NOT work every time! There's at least a half dozen people I could name on here who have had problems with the billing, myself being one who is still out $400 to date, over two weeks later. It can tell you you haven't paid when you really did and charge you numerous times for the same bill. It can crash during payment. The data can become corrupt. The cover sheet generator may or may not work. That being said, it does seem to work the majority of the time, and you stand to save a LOT of time using this method, but please do understand there is a risk with using the system as it is not officially launched yet. To the OP, call at night to get your IIN. If they say the online system is not ready yet, just tell them you know that and you just want your IIN for when it is ready and they should give it to you.
