I am so happy to see that so many people in the last week or two have been consistently getting approvals from CSC and VSC. It seems like they are touching Feb applicants, so I am hoping that within a month, I'll at least get a touch! :innocent:

Well, Vermont has only had few approval compared to California and they are behind. I don't think Feb and Mar filer will see approval until around 120 day mark.

I am at 112 days so far and not so much as a touch, let alone an approval. I filed in January through CSC. Who knows, I think they just randomly pick cases from a pile and not pay any attention to the date it was sent in.... Sorry I am feeling kind of down today...

Many people don't get touch, just an approval. California operation seems to resumed nicely so you should see an approval soon based on NOA1 trend.

Is there anything special with your case that maybe dragging them along? Like did your I-130 get sent back or is there any criminal reasons? I honestly don't know why they would be taking thins long for your case without some reason behind it. I am so sorry that you have to wait so long.

There is definitely an anomaly with many sep-nov filers. My theory is that it was due to the lockbox use. I think people who sent their petitions to Vermont ended up Chicago for data entry after sitting around in Vermont for a while.

nope. I just filed in October.

there are MANY still that have been waiting longer than me.

I admire you oct and nov filer who still waiting. It has only been about 2.5 months since I saw my wife and I feel like I am in hell. It shouldn't be like this. Makes want to work for the government to fix the problems.

i agree with k-man...hats off to your sept-oct-nov filers! one more month w/o a touch and i am gonna and punch someone at VSC......then probably end up in jail for the rest of my life and never get to see my wife! :) of course, joking aside, i am building patience as days pass on.

THat actually isnt true.

They sent me a whole other NOA1 (long story) and I didnt get any touches.

Hyd didnt get any touches and they were looking at her file at VSC...

tricky....

that also seems to have some lottery luck...whether or not a touch shows up...
