Hi Guys,

today I would like to call the California center to find out some information about our visa. What is the best way to call them? Who should I ask to speak to? What should I say? I just want to find out some additional information other then what the website provides. If anybody can give me some answers to these questions, I would greatly appreciate it! I am eager to call them and find out some further information.

Thanks for the help guys! Solidarity! :)

~Casey~

There is NO direct lines into the service center, USCIS has a national service line: 1-800-375-5283

My Wife is a k-3 I130 visa, waiting on her NOA2! Sorry I haven't filled out my timeline, I am kinda confused on how to do that. Do I just call that national number? When I called to check on my status before, the voice recording says "the agents dont have any information that this (the information the recording gave me)." But I believe that may not be true, because I have seen other people on this forum recieve more information then that. Help please? Thank you :)

You have to call and work your way to an operator, typically they wont have much info until an adjudicator starts working on the petition, which can take up to 6 months.
