Whats the point of having these polls if nothing is done?

They tried to impeach Clinton for getting a bj, and this guy kills 4k troops and ruins a powerhouse of a country... and still is in charge.

I think everyone knows the intent of what Ilya was saying. One president is impeached for lying about sexual encounters (which I feel is a personal issue to be discussed among him, his wife and daughter, and the other women involved). Another president lies to get a nation to go to war, and he is not impeached. I think the latter is more serious, but that's my opinion.

Some people make a good arguement for not impeaching the current president because then Cheney would officially take over power. That's kind of scary.

Yes... a couple of million sperm cells is never really the same as a couple of thousand soldiers. Apparently to Congress, they'd rather have a predictable idiot in office rather than a predictable warhawk.

Short memories I see. Clinton was being sued for sexual harassment. In the process of that suit the Monica thing came out. Clinton lied in court about it. The argument that it was a private matter is false. Bringing up a persons sexual past in regard to a supervisor having an affair with a subordinate in a sexual harassment case is common and accepted. This wasn't about bj's, it was about lying under oath.

We really do deserve those we vote for. And no, I did not vote for him then nor will I vote for the maintenance of his stupidity after him.
