u all are in my daily prayers i hope u all get ur noa2 very fast now

Hi johnichka.

You know what... We are totally in the same situation. (Our NOA1 dates are even the same.)

We sent in our K1 petition to CSC last October. Our NOA1 date is Oct 19, which is the same as yours.

Our case status is still "Case Received and Pending".....

When we called CSC last week, we were told that our case is at the security check...

Well, it has been at the security check over two weeks now... I do not think my fiance has such a common name.....

Did you contact a CSC officer recently?

We also already filed a form with a CIS ombudsman. When the next processing time is up, we are going to call them so that they can look into our case. They told us that our form will be on file. So, when we call them, they can help us.

You may also want to do that....

Take care

Nao
