A couple questions, and thank-you everyone for you replies, this is the best place on the net!

1.) I filed the I-129F Tuesday, and checked it a zillion times. It was perfect. Then AFTER mailing it I realize the birthdaytes were left of her parents biography on the G325.... It says, "parents date, place of birth (if known) and she only filled out place of birth (city and country) but no date. Is this going to screw it all up??? HELP!!!

2.) Although from Philippines, she has worked in Hong Kong, is 36, has a college degree, owns rural real estate (a mango farm), has an 18 daughter in nursing school, a visa credit card, 200,000 PHP in the bank, and a mother nearby. She also has a job as a teacher. I can add whatever to her bank account if needed.

While the k-1 is pending (CSC) do you think she would qualify for a visitors visa (I have a home in Las Vegas also, so I thought she might be able to buy a "tour package" to vegas or something, or even just come as a vistor to attend one of my educational seminars (I do training for education professionals - semiars with state approval for professionals) and come hang out for a few weeks. Currently I am going to Philippines every other month, and that is a lot of travel, it would be nice if she came here.

I understand visitors visa is hard to get, but with her situation (she is not a young starving girl with no ties or means of economic support), is it possible? Or would even an application perhaps harm her k-1 process?

Thank-you.

Don't matter what you have she has to qualify on her own. Main thing is she has to show she "has to" return to the Philippines!!

Shouldn't hurt your K1 process. Buddy of mines fiancee did so was approved and visited him prior to getting her visa.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

What are the chances of getting it? Is it better to buy a tour to Vegas, or sign-her up for one of my classes? Or just to visit?

And the most important question is still part 1. What about those missing b-dates?

Thank-you

first she needs to get her tourist visa then do whatever you wanna buy. i don't have answer about 'missing bday' and school... its lil different.. i do have a friend of mine just came here in USA for educational purposes..(by group)without American bf/gf.

About the missing data - she can do another G325a and take it to the interview and explain the error and give it to them. I do not think they will RFE for this. Good Luck
