Visa help for Canadian to the States

Hi there,

My boyfriend and I just found out I am 4 months pregnant. I live in Canada and he lives in America. I want to move to the states. However, I know the process is not easy. We are looking for help on how to get a visa(maybe the spousal one), how long it takes, how much it costs? And since we are having a baby if that helps us at all?

Also if anyone knows if our baby will need an american and a canadian passport?

In order to file for a spousal visa (K3 or CR1) you have to already be married.

There is a K1 visa for Fiance's. Read everything over and inform yourself.
