GeoStefan - If its just you filing, the fee is $1010, and biometrics (fingerprints) are included in that amount.

September 20 ---> USCIS sent out a recepit(NOA1)

I never received the envelop with NOA1..( I think it got lost)

September 24 ---> Check Cashed

September 25 ---> TOUCHED

December 4 ---> I called USCIS and they gave me the receipt number...

FEBRUARY 7, 2008 WE WERE APPROVED!!!!! 142 days from filling date.

You will need 2 passport size photos for the AOS filing, 2 more for the EAD, and 2 more for AP. If filing all 3, you would need 6.

December 12, 2007: Case is forwarded to US Embassy!

January 2, 2008: Pay Delbros for Document Verification

January 8, 2008: CFO Seminar

January 23-24, 2008: Early Medical (Original Sched is Feb. 1, 2008)

February 8, 2008: Interview Date (6:30AM)

February 15, 2008: Received Visa :-)

February 27, 2008: Fly to USA... POE: JFK - New York... :-)

March 14, 2008: Applied for SSN

April 18, 2008: Wedding Day :-)

G325A itself does not require any photo. The I485 that the G325A is filed with requires 2.

You will need 2 passport size photos for the AOS filing, 2 more for the EAD, and 2 more for AP. If filing all 3, you would need 6.

On another note, our cases still aren't online and it's driving me crazy. I want to be able to track them. <_<

I guess cases won't be put in the online database until around the time of the biometrics appointment... We'll see.

You were right. We did our Biometrics yesterday and now the cases are online.

Is it me or does May seem to have the fewest filers this year thus far...?
