AOS Filers - May 2008

Mailed ours today May 27th, 2008 via overnight express mail and return receipt/signature, it should be there tomorrow in chicago!

GeoStefan - If its just you filing, the fee is $1010, and biometrics (fingerprints) are included in that amount.

We received an ASC Appointment Notice in the mailbox today!!! Biometrics appointment June 11th.

You will need 2 passport size photos for the AOS filing, 2 more for the EAD, and 2 more for AP. If filing all 3, you would need 6.

G325A itself does not require any photo. The I485 that the G325A is filed with requires 2.

On another note, our cases still aren't online and it's driving me crazy. I want to be able to track them.

I guess cases won't be put in the online database until around the time of the biometrics appointment... We'll see.

You were right. We did our Biometrics yesterday and now the cases are online.

Is it me or does May seem to have the fewest filers this year thus far...?

i have good news to you guys!! our cheque was cashed on may 27!!! wooohhhhooo!!! we're waiting for our NOAs in the mail! hoping to receive them within the week!!

and, i've seen from the march filers thread that their AOS have been approved for 2 months! yehey! i hope that uscis will be fairly consistent on those processing times...
