05/25/2008 Notice of receipt received

05/29/2008 Check cashed

08/21/2008 No action for 90 days, (including Biometrics) called USICS to start an inquiry, so much for reviewing cases as they are filed!

09/19/2008 Made info pass apointment....no touches since May 29th!!

09/25/2008 Recieved a letter to tell me my EAD was approved on Aug 28th however Phoenix Office is still too backlogged to take my biomertrics!

09/29/2008 Revieved letter for Biometrics appointment for Oct 8th

10/08/2008 Biometricts

I think I sent it in and I think I got something saying they received it, and then our case was forwarded to CSC, and they sent an email when that occurred.

There's a big possibility for that. I am a May filer and has no feedback about my AOS too. Last month I was hoping my case will be transferred to CSC, but after 3 months, I think I'll just have to start preparing for the interview.

THE K-1 PROCESS

June 27, 2007: Receipt Notice Date

October 29, 2007: Petition is APPROVED! :-)

December 10, 2007: Case received at NVC

December 12, 2007: Case is forwarded to US Embassy!

January 2, 2008: Pay Delbros for Document Verification

January 8, 2008: CFO Seminar

January 23-24, 2008: Early Medical (Original Sched is Feb. 1, 2008)

February 8, 2008: Interview Date (6:30AM)

February 15, 2008: Received Visa :-)

February 27, 2008: Fly to USA... POE: JFK - New York... :-)

Same here.. We are starting to take photos with family members and more photos when Hubby and I go out hehe.. Waiting for my CA ID card so that I can be added to Hubby's bank joint account, life insurance and car insurance once I pass my driving exam. Good news for us too, background check for my job that I applied is finished and employer called yesterday stating to have my physical exam prior to working as a "Temp" RN at the local hospital here, which is scheduled on Tuesday. I'm so excited to finally work after arriving nearly 6 months from the Philippines..
