Hello everyone!

I am so happy today i got notice from CRIS that my green card has been ordered! Praise the lord indeed!

I have not heard of my EAD and my AP yet though...

My timeline:

May 10 - church wedding

May 21 - filed EAD,AP and AOS

May 23- receipt date of USCIS

June 25- Biometrics

July 1 - AOS transferred to CSC

July 28- AOs card ordered .......Hallelujah!!!!!

Wow that was crazy fast! Congratulations!!!

I have more good news, when it rains it pours. I got my EAD approval email this morning. Tonight I checked the mailbox and my EAD was in the mail.

I got my greencard in my mailbox today!!! It was dated 7-24-08 , two months after we filed the AOS..Amazing grace!!!!

Praise the Lord for His goodness indeed!!!

God bless to everyone. I know the card will come in god's perfect time...

My timeline:

May 10 - church wedding

May 21 - filed EAD,AP and AOS

May 23- receipt date of USCIS

June 25- Biometrics

July 1 - AOS transferred to CSC

July 28- AOs card ordered

July 29- Notice welcoming the new permanent resident

Aug 1(Fri) -Approval notice sent (CRIS) and received in the mailbox the approval letter at the same time

Aug 4(Mon)- Received greencard :star::dance::whistle:

Finally some good news!

Recd CRIS email approving AP. Although what I am really waiting for is the EAD which remains elusive, but hopefully would be here soon.

CONGRATULATIONS to all those who've got their EAD/GCs!!! What a journey! PHEW!!!

5/22/08: Sent AOS to Chicago Lockbox

5/28/08: USCIS acknowledged reciept of AOS.

6/21/08: Biometrics in MN

6/23 Touch on all

8/5/08: AP Approval

EAD: NO WORD SINCE!!!

My case is at the NBC/MSC

The current version of I693 was published on 06/05/2008, after all of us May filers filed for AOS. Now, my question is did all of the May filers (those on K-visas anyway that did not need a full medical) send in I-693A vaccination supplement, the DS-3025 from the panel physician, or perhaps a version of I693 that pre-dates the 06/05/2008 version?

03/12/2007 - Married to my beautiful wife

04/16/2007 - Sent I-130 to VSC via USPS Express Mail

05/12/2007 - NOA1 received by snail mail after a loooong wait

05/14/2007 - Sent I-129F for K3 to Chicago Lockbox via USPS Express Mail

10/22/2007 - I129F APPROVED (161 days), I130 APPROVED (188 days)

11/08/2007 - I129F received at NVC, embassy case number generated.

11/13/2007 - I129F forwarded to embassy.

11/18/2007 - 129F petition received at embassy

01/09/2008 - finally, DOS gives me the interview date, April 16, 2007 (ouch)

01/23/2008 - never got packet 4, emailed embassy

04/11/2008 - picked up packet 4, did medical

04/14/2008 - medical report pickup, no problems

04/16/2008 - interview date- APPROVED!!!!!

04/18/2008 - both of us are home at last, POE JFK!

I hope you get some good news soon too! The approvals seem slightly sporatic. Tanjay applied one week before us and has heard nothing yet :blink:. Another friend got her email last week and the card arrived on Saturday. Her petition arrived the same day as ours.
