Hi, congrats!

Did you your case get transferred to CSC b4 you even had your biometrics? I think it's rare that happened??? Oh well you got it made!

Yes it did get transferred to CSC in CA before my biometrics.....

Good new!!!!

I filed my AOS on May 9th and had fingerprint on June 10th. My EAD has been approved this morning according to an email from CRIS.

I wish you all good luck!!!!

But RFE sent for AP???? :unsure:

Congrats to your EAD approval and sorry to hear about your AP being in RFE. If you check the timelines, we should be getting our AOS approved about 1 month after receiving EAD so in essence, I dont think you need to send the additional evidences needed for AP unless its mandatory you leave before EAD is fully approved. Good luck!!!

Guess I won't need the AP or EAD anymore.....

Yeah, I think AP and EAD was pretty much a waste of time, if I had known that AOS would follow in about a month then probably I wouldnt have filled up my EAD and AP... Congrats by the way!!!! Job hunting time!!!!

I still didn't here or receicve anything since the touch on june 30th :( wondering what's going on :unsure:

Dont sweat it, its just randomly getting approved, I bet you will get approved by the end of this weekend.

Congrats to your EAD approval and sorry to hear about your AP being in RFE. If you check the timelines, we should be getting our AOS approved about 1 month after receiving EAD so in essence, I dont think you need to send the additional evidences needed for AP unless its mandatory you leave before EAD is fully approved. Any May filers get transferred to local office yet?

How would we know this is happening? Do we get email or USPS notification? For some reason I though if I didn't hear that it went to CSC, it went to our local office?

Would love more info on who is looking at the AOS paperwork - I'm just pleased that EAD & AP are moving.

USCIS will send a notification if the filed AOS is transferred to CA local office.

They sent me the notification this July 9.

You will get a notice in the mail (and also by email from CRIS is you enabled it) that it was sent to CSC or to a local office for interview. I've seen some postings here about transfers to CSC, but none about going to the local office yet for interview. I fully expect our case to be interviewed.

Any May filers get transferred to local office yet?

How would we know this is happening? Do we get email or USPS notification? For some reason I though if I didn't hear that it went to CSC, it went to our local office?

Would love more info on who is looking at the AOS paperwork - I'm just pleased that EAD & AP are moving.

That makes sense. Our AP was for December travel, so hopefully we don't need to worry about it too much... Thanks!

Ohh gosh, I just checked my case online and I got a new status for my AP. It says that they sent me the approval for my AP last July 19. And that was last weekend, Saturday. :-) I'm thinking I'll receive it in the mail today or tomorrow. :-) Hopefully, my EAD approval will follow...:-)

June 14, 2007: Sent I-129F to Texas Service Center (but case was transferred to CSC)

June 27, 2007: Receipt Notice Date

October 29, 2007: Petition is APPROVED! :-)

December 10, 2007: Case received at NVC

December 12, 2007: Case is forwarded to US Embassy!

January 2, 2008: Pay Delbros for Document Verification

January 8, 2008: CFO Seminar

January 23-24, 2008: Early Medical (Original Sched is Feb. 1, 2008)

February 8, 2008: Interview Date (6:30AM)

Congrats to all May filers who have had good news!!!

USCIS received the 12 months worth of bank statements today and is resuming our case. Yes, EVERYTHING was put on hold until they received this evidence. Hopefully things will be ok now and our case will move forward. I'll keep you posted!
