I'm probably more of a May filer than April since they didn't acknowledge our forms until 6th May.

Anyway, 3 NOAs received in the mail today. Let's hope I get my Biometrics Appointment before the end of May. *crosses fingers & everything else for extra luck*

We mailed ours out May 10th!

~ 04/29/06 - The love story begins...

~ 06/08/06 - First met in person (Calgary, Alberta).

~ 12/30/06 - He gave her a shiny, pretty ring!

~ 06/08/07 - NOA1 hard copy received!!!

~ 10/22/07 - NOA2 hard copy received!!!

~ 01/17/08 - Kyle's interview - he's approved!!!!!!!

~ 02/08/08 - Kyle enters the States via Washington.

~ 02/09/08 - Kyle arrives in Ohio. Together at last!!! :D

~ 03/07/08 - MARRIED!!!

~ 06/19/08 - RFE is issued for AOS. :(

~ 07/17/08 - Submitted requested evidence.

~ 07/30/08 - Case is transferred to CSC.

~ 08/22/08 - Receive Kyle's AP documents!!!

~ 08/23/08 - Receive Kyle's EAD card!!!

~ 09/25/08 - Receives green card!!!

~ 06/23/10 - Mailed away I-751 & evidence.

~ 06/25/10 - Packet was signed for in Laguna Niguel, CA.

~ 07/06/10 - Received NOA1!

~ 07/26/10 - Biometrics appointment letter received - 08/03/10

~ 09/02/10 - Biometrics retaken

~ 09/16/10 - Approved!

~ 09/21/10 - 10 year green card received!

We received all 3 NOA's today. We sent the paperwork May 1st, it was recieved May 2nd, and the NOA's were dated May 8th. I hope the Biometrics will come in some time before the end of this week.

Our papers were sent May 2, 2008. We sent in the AOS and EAD. Received May 5, 2008. Nothing receeived as of yet.

05.02.2008 - Sent AOS & EAD package to Chicago.

05.04.2008 - Package recieved in Chicago.

05.09.2008 – Received NOA's.

06.04.2008 - Biometrics appt.

07.25.08 - Work Permission Received in Mail

07.28.08 - Applied for Social Security Number

08.04.08 - Received Social Security Number in Mail

09.29.08 - Started job

01.29.09 - AOS Interview

05.04.2008 - Package recieved in Chicago.

05.09.2008 – Received NOA's.

06.04.2008 - Biometrics appt.

07.25.08 - Work Permission Received in Mail

07.28.08 - Applied for Social Security Number

08.04.08 - Received Social Security Number in Mail

09.29.08 - Started job

01.29.09 - AOS Interview

Chicago received our AOS on May 8..... to date no check cashed and no NOA... should I be worried?

Chicago received our AOS on May 12th. Nothing heard yet.....I would wait at least 1 more week before worrying alot.

mine was arrived at Chicago on 5/11

Check hasnt been cashed yet..... T_T

btw, i did not mail the medical exam i-693 along with i-485, should I wait til I get NOA before I send that in?

04/01/2008 : got Married!

05/09/2008 : Mailed AOS package for wife

05/12/2008 : Signed and Delivered at Chicago lockbox

05/26/2008 : returend back to me due to lack of check for i130 :(

06/05/2008 : send it out again

i sent mine off on may 13th :thumbs:
