Wow you skipped Biometrics? :wacko::wacko: I think you should follow up with UCSIS just in case its a mistake... Congrats anyways if you don't need biometrics to get your AOS processed. :dance::dance: :dance: :dance:

Still there is a very slim chance we'd get approved w/o the biometrics letter.. And as I understand our case heading to CSC does not mean it's a good news.. If we get no other clues this week I'll try calling them..

May 25 - NOA1s issued

May 30 - NOA1s received for AOS, EAD, AP

June 26 - Case transferred to CSC

July 26 - Biometrics Letter received

Aug 12 - Biometrics Appointment

Aug 30 - EAD card received in mail

Oct 06 - RFE (need medical and vaccination) ;(

Oct 31 - Card production ordered

Nov 01 - Welcome notice sent

Hey everybody! I called uscis this morning to do some follow up about my case since we have sent a request to the national benefit center 2 weeks ago informing them that we haven't received any biometrics appointment letter. And the customer service representative told me that our case has been assigned already to an officer just today. I don't know what that action means with regards to the progress of ourcase. But i'm praying that it will bring some positive effect.

Ritas. try to call uscis asap to clarify about your case.

hi!!! did you have any problem with your biometrics. I did have. Mine did not match or have error.

Just got an email. Our case was transferred to CSC today. YAY!!!

Congrats!

Our timeline is about a week behind you, so hopefully we'll see some movement also.

But where is the EAD???? :angry: :angry: :angry:

I'm wondering the same thing. Our EAD hasn't been touched since biometrics. Our AP case isn't even online so I'm not sure what is going on with that. He wants the EAD so he can start working ASAP and I want the AP so he will be able to travel in December for our wedding. :wacko:

Great News!! I know it isn't progress yet, but with an officer, at least there's a chance of getting a biometrics appointment soon and moving forward in this process. As discussed, it's so nerve racking when you get off the track everyone else seems to be on. Maybe we should send a request to the national benefit center too. Are you signed up for email notices on USCIS? Was just wondering if getting assigned to an officer is something that would post as an update.

But, again, Yay! :star: Fingers crossed for a biometrics appointment soon!
