We mailed Meryll's AOS package today. I assume we may be early June NOA filers with Friday being an unofficial holiday and Monday is Memorial Day.

oh gosh!! two holidays for the last days of May? hmmm.. i hope we still can make it for May filers...

Why are so many people panicking in these threads? It's almost neurotic; the daily checking of your application status. You guys will give yourselves an ulcer.

Biometrics was the easiest process so far!!!!!!!!!!! 15 minutes. The drive there and back was 2 hours....

Congrats! Yeah, biometrics was a breeze. Too bad that was a heck of a drive to get there. Our local office is literally 5mins away and my Hubby drove me there on his lunch break from work. Now we are waiting for EAD to process. Hope our case gets transferred to CSC.

as of today, june 10, 2008 PST, no biometrics letter yet. huhuhuhu!! come on uscis! i want my letter of appointment!!!

I hear you! Our NOA1 is dated 5/25 and we still haven't gotten an appointment letter either. With everyone else seeming to get their's so fast, I was beginning to worry that it was lost in the mail or something ridiculous, but I feel better knowing there are some other people out there that it's taking a while for. Hopefully we'll both hear soon!!

Would the USCIS page show that an appointment letter had been mailed?

Grrr...no appt here either. If it's just one of the random delay things, fine, but there's still that worry that it's gone missing in the mail that is so frustrating and has me neurotically checking the mailbox. Besides which I know James wants a job! He can only watch so many Euro cup games (ok so that's lie!) But he wants to work, shouldn't they want to facilitate that?!

Here's hoping for all of us that the letters will come soon!

And we should definitely keep in touch over the coming months as we seem to be on similar timelines!

5.02.08 - Got married

5.30.08 - Sent I-130, I-485, I-765 & I-131 to Chicago lockbox

6.03.08 - I-130, I-485, I-765 & I-131 received by USCIS

6.10.08 - I-130 & I-485 checks cashed

6.12.08 - Received NOA for I-130, I-485, I-765 & I-131

6.13.08 - Received I-797 Biometrics Appointment Notice for 6/27/08

thanks a lot my dear friend for the support. I'll just put in my mind that patience s certainly a virtue. But if it will be past 30 days already and there's still nothing from them, then we must do something about it. Hayayayay..
