hello everyone.. my husband had his medical in cairo and was told he didn't need the shots.. so he did it without the shots... i later told him to do them, so he did... he has it on a 3025.. when he went to jfk, he gave them the envelope but they didn't give him a copy of what was in it... i was looking on some instructions that captain ewok had on here from maybe 2006 stating that we could just send a copy of the 3025.. is that still true or will we have to have that posted to the I 693a and then send that... i tried calling dr arnold to do that but they haven't returned my calls.. i will keep trying though.. your help will greatly be appreciated.. thanks :thumbs:

Vaccinations are NOT needed for K-Visas however they are needed for the green-card.

You will need to get foreign vaccination record transfered to a vaccination supplement (693A) by a US Civil surgeon, and submit the supplement with the I-485.

Some have sent a copy of the 3025 and have had no problems, others get an RFE for the supplement.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
