Well, this notice is a bit tardy since more than 24 hours have passed since Agustina's interview... but alas, everything went very smoothly!!!!!

SHE GOT THE VISA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance: :dance:

Agus will be receiving her passport with the stamp shortly. She expects to fly to the U.S. in about 1 month. Once she is here we will write out the details of her interview as well as her POE experience (following spending precious time together of course (L):D )

Thanks to everyone out there for the advice and best wishes. To all of those who are waiting or starting this process, don't lose hope. This is only a test and is bound to make you stronger!

11/9/2007: Check cashed at CSC (~45 days after reception)

2/19/2008: Received NOA2 [dated 2/13/08] Case Approved! (142 days from filing)

2/29/2008: Petition leaves NVC for foreign embassy

3/15/2008: Fiancee received Packet 3

4/12/2008: Interview appointed by embassy

4/29/2008: Interview and approval!!

5/30/2008: Entered U.S.

7/25/2008: MARRIED in picturesque Northern Michigan

11/10/2008: EAD and AP Received

2/24/2009: AOS approved in Detroit (71 days for approval)

First met in Canada, Sept 22, 2006 <3

September 2006 to March 2008, 11 visits, 5 in Canada, 6 in NJ

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

***10 year green card in hand as of 2/2/2012, loving and living life***

Hmmm maybe we should move back to Canada! lol smile.png
