en we enter our case number in the barcode page under "Data to encode" do we have to put the "ISL" before the number or we just simply enter the numbers following the three letters. Can someone please advise on this. Thanks

You need the 3 letter consulate abbreviation as well so encode for your entire case number including the letters.

Hi "

Just wanted to confirm if my question was understood :when we go to generate the barcode "data to encode" has only numbers in it

O.k...I did something and it worked. Turn off your firewall setting. I did that and tried again and it showed up right away. :thumbs

Thanks it works by turning of the firewall.

Hey All,

I have one question that when we enter our case number in the barcode page under "Data to encode" do we have to put the "ISL" before the number or we just simply enter the numbers following the three letters. Can someone please advise on this. Thanks

Good to know it works after turning off the firewall. That's what I said on this thread earlier. I think you didn't try what I suggested. Happy :star:

You have to put ISL and all 10 digits, :star:

Thanks everyone,

Just to make sure that my question was understood, when we go to generate the barcode "data to encode" only has numbers

that is why i was asking if we enter only numbers or we enter ISL1234500067. Please advise.

i would appreciate your feedback. thanks in advance

You must enter the three letters and all of the numbers, with no dashes or spaces ie:

You have to enter the 3 letters and the 10 numbers, the barcode program reads both letters and numbers. Disregard their example showing only numbers.

By the way, I did get my barcode from Jame's Shortcut about 2 days ago and it was working just fine, but yesterday I've tried it again just to show my husband how it works and it was not showing the barcode in the second window. I found that strange but haven't tried it since then. So it's good to know that just by turning the firewall off it works properly.
