hello my fellow vj's I have already filed for AOS, my daughter just arrived this month in the US, she is 4 years old my question is since she got here recently and I already filed for the AOS and now I am having an interview next month. Whats the next step that I should do? I haven't sent her papers for AOS yet since she haven't come here the time I filed for my AOS and now that she is here what should I do? Does she also need to have an AOS as well? should I send her papers too? I hope you can help me with this questions, thank you all for reading my post.

Gelyn :)

Yes, the same applications need to be done for her. She does not automatically "ride" your coat tails anymore..... Prepare the application and submit the required application fees.

YMMV
