filing aos

i am getting ready to file for aos with the ead as well.. but i don't have my w2 for 2005.. will i have to have all w2s from the past three years or do the prior 2(2005 and 2006) years matter.. i thought that only 2007 would count... maybe i'm getting the I 134 mixed up with the I 864... and as for the proof of relationship, we don't have all of that yet.. do we need that before we sent the paperwork off... we have no wedding pictures(courthouse, getting married at the church didn't work out).. most of the utilities can only have 1 ssn on it , so do i need to have just the bill in his name.. at least it is in my married name though.. i am scared of getting an rfe for something stupid.. by the way.. he tried to get his id but they wouldn't let him cause his I-94 expires in july... it has to last for at least 6 months or more for them to do it...he got it april 8th.. i hope he can get a job with just his passport and social security number.. even the ssn isn't in the right name ... we did the infopass appointment .. uscis said they can't give us any information on it, so we don't know if it's been corrected or not .. i forgot..they did the medical without the shots, but he later did the shots and have them with him.. however they didn't give him the copy of his medical, they took that at jfk... so does uscis have the medical... do we file the I 693 too???we have the shots here.. i hope he has all he needs

For adjustment of status you will use I-864, or I-864EZ

In our case this what the I-864EZ included.

• I-864EZ

• SIMPLE Tax transcripts from the IRS for past 3 years, (Redundant for the (1040,W2,1099) but are free from the IRS http://www.irs.gov/faqs/faq1-6.html

• Photo copy of IRS form 1040, and W2s for past 3 years (Not necessary if you provide the transcripts)

• Letter from my employer stating annual salary, job responsibility, and that is full time, on company letterhead.

• Photo copies of past month or so of pay stubs up to a few weeks before the interview.

My income was well above the povertyline so I did not include any asset data (LIKE BANK STATEMENTS or property values).

For adjustment of status you do not send any relationship evidence only a photo copy of marriage cert needed.
