I just don't understand how often does CSC send approval petitions to NVC. I have waited for 2 weeks now. As of this evening, I called them again, still not receiving it yet...This is painful....Could be contract workers went on immigration protest.

I just wanted to add that if you call NVC at 11:57pm you get someone really quick, i waited 1 minute.

We were approved on May 1, 2006

I just called and they do not have a record of our case yet. I will hold off until Friday before I call again - I expect it will be next week however.

BIG NEWS - Found out we are having Identical Twin Girls!! Due on June 22, 2007!!

Second birthday is on the way! At 21 months - both girls can count to 10 in English and Spanish thanks to our babysitter.

06-06-07 - Interview completed and he is set to fly home!

06-26-07 - Abe flies to Houston, TX

07-13-07 - Abe and I are married start our new lives together

04-11-07 - Green Card awarded and Abe can start to work

09-01-07 - Abe starts to school as a draftsman

05-18-08 - Identical girls born 5lbs 4 oz and 5lbs 7 oz. Lily and Delilah have finally arrived

I-751 Filing Time

01-25-09 - Green card set to expire 04-11-09- time to file for removal of condition

03-03-09 - Mailed paperwork for I-751 to Vermont directly - not Texas Service Center

03-05-09 - Checks cashed for Biometrics and application fee

03-05-09 - Received I-797C NOA from Vermont Service Center

04-17-09 - 11 AM - Biometrics appointment scheduled

Bill i just called them again also...and today they told me that it will take 90-120 days for them to receive the case...seems like they tell you something different every time you call them..yesterday they said 2-4 weeks...so i guess we will just wait some more, oh and she also said there is no point in calling back until the end of June, think she may be having a bad day lol

Hey Gym!

they told me the same. It will takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive and 60 to 90 days to process. I did not say or ask anything, only agree with them. In my mind, I didn't believe them. I am tired of calling them anyway, wish all of us the best and hope to hear something soon from them.
