Who are you foks sending these letters too???

Why not the Acting director of USCIS?? He is the one who says what get processed, and what gets tossed aside.

Paris Heart

I agree ith Paris on this one guys. The Ombudsman hasn't done 'Jack' to get anything really changed in the past .... they've been wanting the I-130's processed as soon as they arrive .... and USCIS said 'NO'!

Bombard the acting Director of USCIS .... he's new and will obviously want to make a mark for himself in his position ... maybe he will see clearing the I-130's as just that.

The only place I can presume you'll find him is at the USCIS head office, which I would guess would be in Washington DC ....

Just checking wikipedia ....

"United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is a bureau in the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS). "

"The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), commonly known in the United States as "Homeland Security", is a Cabinet department of the U.S. federal government with the responsibility of protecting the territory of the U.S. from terrorist attacks and responding to natural disasters."

"Since its inception, the Department has had its temporary headquarters in Washington, D.C.'s "Nebraska Avenue Complex", a former naval facility. The 38 acre site has 32 buildings comprising of 566,000 square feet of administrative space.[3] In early 2007, the Department submitted a $4.1 billion plan to Congress to consolidate its 60-plus Washington-area offices into a single headquarters complex at the St. Elizabeths Hospital campus in Southeast Washington. The earliest DHS would begin moving to St. Elizabeths is 2012."

So from that I guess you'll find him in an office at the USCIS in the DHS in the Nebraska Avenue Complex in Washington DC.

There's some really clever people on this website and I'm sure someone will have the whole mailing address ....
