Oh I also talked to VSC, they said, that they do transfer cases to CSC when over whelmed. I bet mine is blown all over I-10 West Interstate..

These buggers are getting paid regardless of they are clearing the backlog or not. What a life! compare this to Corporate America

We see I 130 holds least priority for VSC. God knows when they will change their attitude and understand our pain.

This is very ridiculous as services are going downhill and fees are being increased year after year.

They didnt give me any explanations, and she was acting like, its okay for us to wait 10 months, telling me that some cases last up to 5 years....

Well, I have been busy packing and getting ready to see my hubby in a week!!! :dance: I haven't seen him in 11 months.... I was hoping once I got back that we would have been approved(according to the timeline that is about right) and we wouldn't have such a long separation again but after seeing how slow VSC has been and reading that the I-130s are last priority, who knows now....

The voodoo sounds like it might work. At this point I think I would be willing to try anything, especially for the Oct/Nov people who haven't been approved.
