Sarah ... do some work, get another hobby, go for a walk, for your own sanity stop trying to second guess USCIS! I honestly think there are easier projects out there... there is a bit of a issue between China and Tibet I think you are move likely to solve that particular conundrum before you get anywhere with this one.

Love you hun xxx

Sarah, I really hope that VSC pump out aproovals like CSC. I hope all of us get our too along with CSC members. I hate being apart from my husband. Unfortunely, VSC is the slowest of all. even the TSC is up ahead. Hopefully VSC will start to move sooner then we think.

Reehon, just hold on for a bit longer .... you've got an NOA1 date a few days before I have in February ..... it really looks like they're moving on the December NOA1's ..... and hopefully there should be some more approvals on those in the coming couple of weeks .... then it'll be the turn of the January NOA1's (of which there doesn't seem too many of) .... and then it's us February NOA1's.

Let's see where we are on May 31st .... just 4 more weeks Reehon and we should hopefully have a much better idea.

Relax my lovely .... I too hate being apart from my Husband, and we all know on here just how much it burns.

Over the next couple of weeks, just start preparing your paperwork for NVC, it will keep your mind off it all

Look at my thread here and start getting your stuff together, as that will save you panicking when you do get approved

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=124755

I think you are right Sarah  Now people started posting their approvals :star: BTW, I had a "touch" on my I-129F yesterday, but the status still shows "Case received and Pending". I wish it should stay like that until the interview is over, so that no confusion with K-3. :star:

BTW, I need an expert advice - should I inform anybody (VSC, NVC or U.S Consulate) in writing to invalidate the pending I-129F ???

Sarah, when are you showing us your happy face here? :star::star::star: I want to see that before my vacation starts :star:

Loto, personally, I'd let the I-129F ride and see what happens .... there really haven't been much in the way of K3 approvals out of VSC, if any, you could be one of the few ..... but then your I-129F could be in the hands of a dyslexic

I'd love to show you a happy face on here before your vacation .... but I'm guessing another few weeks (maybe around the end of May) .... unless VSC starts going hell for leather .... which is possible, they've done it before, and they could do it again.

It would be great if my file was in the hands of 'your' adjudicator .... that person was fast!

At least NVC has a faster system in place which will shave off time.

I think we'll all feel a lot happier when we see a few more VSC approvals.

Sarah,

I will too feel better when I see Approval!!!! know what I mean?? ha ha :secret:

Hey, found plastic surgeon can do a 2 for 1 deal on us for our face lifts. Lets get our damn approvals and get our face lifts and live our lifes. Hey any USCIS people out there listening or reading???, "I think so" Approval fast, VSC!!!!!!! We want our families too. Keep fingers crossed folks, and let the wine flow.

Paris Heart

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Bex  .... brilliant post! .... I guess I'm just being a typical Mining Engineer .... analyzing, problem solving and guesstimates ..... .... but I do think I 'may' possibly be onto something here.

Once my theory has been proven correct in a roundabout way, I'll move onto China and Tibet .... I mean really, if USCIS can be worked out in a methodical fashion, China and Tibet's problems won't be hard .... I'll add them to my 'to do' list

Love you too, and hope you're having a good day xx

LOL ....sarah ..is VSC opening floodgates .... ...damn but I donot have floodinsurance though..:rofl: i guess i need to stay in upstairs...

Just to let you know guys ...I spoke to one of VSC officers yesterday ..by using RFE...first of all he does not know what he is talking about ..He told me he cannot give any info on my case ...call same number but donot enter receipt number ...or check on online ....blah blah ..etc

Secondly he told me they donot have enough staff....hiring more ppl and training them at another facility ...bringing them back to work ...this process is going to take 2-3 months ...then things may get better...etc

Sarah and LOTO ...etc...here is an idea I think we need to suggest USCIS(VSC etc) ...we can do volunteer work (without pay ) for a week or so ...rotating all VJ'ers every week at service centers ...that way gov save money and it reduces ISD symptoms lol :rofl: ....I am ready for volunteer work lol

Sgr, I'm more than happy to step in and do some volunteer work for VSC ..... oh, that's right, I need my visa :rofl:

Funny you should mention that they do not have enough staff, I was thinking the same thing ..... however, I'm sure there's tons of illegals that would gladly help them out for some cash 'under the table' .... this system of employment seems to work very well for British Immigration

Sgr and Sarah, you guys are hammering VSC, huh :rofl::rofl:

Illegal immigrants  Why can't they bring the beneficiaries are illegal immigrant here and do volunteer work in VSC ??? Just a thought. Only problem is their spouses need to relocate to Vermont, so that even after in the U.S, couples will not be separated

Paris, my Lovely, the plastic surgeon is a great idea, maybe we could send USCIS the bill ??? would it at least be classed as tax deductable ?

Of course USCIS read these threads etc .... they'd be mad not to .... First Rule of Business: understand thy customer  .... they probably have a whole department just to check out the masses on VJ .... if you guys are reading this, maybe you'd like to chip in on the I-130 approvals, coz we're all going a little insane here .... even my Husband feels this is worse than deployment :clock: ..... no timeline!!! .... at least with deployment, you have a rough idea of when you'll be going home to see your loved ones.

Sarah,

Why send USCIS the bill, they pay $5000.00 for a hammer, a toliet seat, why not our facelifts. Or even better, write it off as government research, call it, VSC experimment: Visa approvals Vs. reason for face lifts.

And as a loving note to our (L) Military boys, THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU, COME HOME SOON!!!

Paris Heart.

Truly happy!!!

Maybe they should relocate VSC to somewhere where there are more people so they can have more employees ?? At the moment, they've got slim pickings in St.Albans, Vermont ..... not a lot of people live there .... so unless they're going to employ those that ran away from civilisation to live in the forest, they're scraping the bottom of the barrel .... or enticing people to live in the very beautiful North Butt End of Nowhere

I also think that California is approving petitions based on NOA 1 dates. All the recent approvals from California have been for people having had there NOA 1 between Feb 9 and 12th. I have no idea what is going on at Vermont since they are not approving petitions. I just wish Vermont would start working at the same pace as California.

Kman, they are definately approving petitions .... and the evidence is there. Just check out Delicia's spreadsheet http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pUr...RR7hdWQYg3KbwRg

VSC are working on NOA1 dates if you look closely, so far they're mostly working on December/January NOA1's .... maybe not as fast as CSC but there are definately approvals .... there's been the odd February NOA1 thrown in for good measure.

Maybe once they truly slowdown with the K1's we'll notice the difference.

Sorry this might be a dumb question but what is an RFE???

Hello fellow VSC filers,

As we've noticed there has been a slight trickle of approvals coming from VSC, which is superb .... well done VSC and a pat on the back for you

.... however, I just wanted to ask, as Pushbrk pointed it out last night, has anyone noticed that they may be going by the NOA1 dates ???? Pushbrk specifically said they do, and appears at times to not only know what he is talking about, but seems to know so much that I'm thinking he may work for USCIS :pop: obviously, I'm only basing my presumption on his input on this website.

This is an interesting point though, as a lot of those left from 2007 have NOA1's from December/January time, and that's what seems to be getting approved .... if you look at the NOA1 dates.

But most importantly, what I have noticed is, CSC K1 approvals are pretty much at a standstill, and yet CSC are pumping out the I-130 approvals .... and guess what ??? ..... VSC are beginning the slowdown by the looks of it on the K1's too .... don't want to get you all over excited, but are the floodgates about to open ??

Or am I just trying to over analyze a totally illogical situation ??

LOL ....sarah ..is VSC opening floodgates ....:unsure: ...damn but I donot have floodinsurance though..:rofl::rofl: i guess i need to stay in upstairs...

Just to let you know guys ...I spoke to one of VSC officers yesterday ..by using RFE...first of all he does not know what he is talking about ..He told me he cannot give any info on my case ...call same number but donot enter receipt number ...or check on online ....blah blah ..etc

RFE is Request for Evidence. If you miss any necessary docs, or application is incomplete, the agency can send you a letter as an RFE.

If it is RFE line you are talking about, it is fooling their phone system to get into a "meaningful" live operator. Because front desk guys are donkeys
