Note To Floodgates:

This is your que!

After careful consideration USCIS has decided not only to close the floodgates but to also lock them and keep the guarded at all times. This decision came after they realized that people would actually be happy with something the government did. Upon realizing this they came up with an immediate plan to keep as many people as they can miserable. The opening of the floodgates is now scheduled for some time after celebrating Americas 3000th year as a country.

My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

I did not include my or my wife's birth certificate since it was not in the instructions. Should I expect RFe for this?

NO, NO ,NO ,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! was I suppose to put copy of husbands birth cert. if petition?????????????? I missed that completely. For all the nice people out there, hide your eyes, ####!!!!!!!!!!!! Dumb ---!! :ranting: As soon as I get home , I'm getting a stiff drink and pulling instructions, for I used the old form which was still excepted at time of my filing, I still have filing instructions , and luckily had some damn brains, and copied petitons twice, thank God, CAUSE NEW I-130 instructions is a tad different.

Now decisions: Crown Royal or Jack Daniels??????

Paris Heart

Oh, that's why all Crown Royal and Jack Daniels were sold out at my liquor store. Paris, you drink a lot now-a-days :lol::lol:

I just provided my list of docs, some are optional. Normally, I do send extra stuff (don't misunderstand, I mean additional docs), because that wouldn't damage anything. If they don't want them, they will put in trash can. I hope they would shred it at least :rofl::rofl:

Oh no! I fear I've caused everyone to start worrying about RFE's. Please dont! I'm sure this doesnt happen to everyone. I just got unlucky and hopefully it's resolved quickly anyway.

Thanks for the support Sarah. One day soon I will be flying the Kernow flag in Pennsylvania and introducing the locals to Pastys!

My Hubby is from Philly .... that's so cool, if you start a pasty shop let me know, and I'll come by specially when I'm up there sometime if I'm approved before 2058.

I'm moving there with a Kernow flag, just to see what comments I get.

USCIS obviously have absolutely no idea what us Cornish people are sacrificing for love  Cornwall is truly beautiful and bloody good fun!!!

Lotofpatience, No not much of a drinker, but Im seriously considering it to kill the pain and heartache of this process, and to kill the feeling of hopelessness with USCIS and the loneliness being away from my wonderful husband, for we have only been married 167 days, and only had 9 days for our honeymoon, last time I saw him was Dec. 2 when I came home to Houston, the sadest day of my life and still is. For Im losing my spirit with this whole process.

Paris Heart

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Hey Sarah! No way! I love Philly - the Phillies rock!

My wife and I will be living just outside Reading PA, I have thought about opening up a pasty shop - think the locals would love them. If I ever do you and your husband will be guests of honour in our shop. Think I'll be a PE teacher first though. I'm sure you'll be over there soon, it's just right now is hell for all of us.

Let the Cornish invasion of PA commence!
