Nov 27, 2007 Three year Annivrsary. Two more and I can apply for a Jordanian Passport, and then we're going to Cuba (Just because I can). can't wait...

Happy Wednesday!

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

I had that but the type of marriage certificate is the thing in question. Just got off the phone with the town hall and she's waiting for a call back from the dept of vital records. This is like waiting for an act from congress I tell ya! lol. She seems to think that I have everything they need to issue a marriage certificate from my town so that will solve all problems from here on out. I'd rather get this from the town then have to deal with trying to prove that my marriage is valid each time I have to show my marriage certificate, you know? Inshallah I can get what I need on Friday and then change my name the following Friday when I get to the social security office and dmv. :wacko::wacko: That'll give me enough time to practice actually writing my name. I have a hard time with longhand capital "E" for some reason. :blush:

Mellaluca (Melaleuca) as in tea tree oil? Yes, I use it often... it comes in handy for both skin & gum issues. :thumbs:
