:unsure: can someone please help me to understand all this ???? im kimberly anne , my fiance is lhoussine elamine , lhoussine had his interview on mar 13 08 , since he livved in germany 7 yrs they wantted a police background check , he went immediately to german embassy , and he applied , they said 2-3 weeks ,,,,, well......low and behold 6 weeks later they sent it . the next day he returned to the usa embassy with the translatted forms , and the woman kept his passport, and made sure to have his phone number/ i was sure all was ok .. hes still nervous . well , now today tuesday the 28th they called him to have a 2nd interview on may 7 08.... would anyone know why this would be? im so nervous again , please please help me if you can , has this happenned to anyone else ? and if so what happenned?or if u know of this happenning to anyone , can you please give me some insight????? tysm ,, kimberly

I would assume from your post that he was asked to provide the police clearance and now they are going to interview him with the 'full' set of required documents. Sounds routine to me (routine for people who show up with incomplete documents). Good Luck at the interview.

April 16 Biometrics done

July 10 Green card production ordered

Jan 20 filed N400

Feb 04 NOA date

Feb 24 Biometrics

May 5 Interview - Centennial (Denver, Colorado) Passed

June 10 Oath Ceremony - Teikyo Loretto Heights, Denver, Colorado

July 7 Received Passport in 3 weeks

Shredded all immigration papers Have scanned images
