What is need for the packets?

I am really out of the loop with all this as my fiance has been taking care of things with me having 2 surgerys...but I need to get with it to get my part of the next step ready...I see all talking of packets and am really lost....is that just the Av of Support,Letter from Employer and also the tax returns? PLEASE HELP

You can read the example forms on the guides, you'll find the forms that may be required for yout complete at the Consulate stage. However, every Consulate is different, so you might want to google your own Consulate as well, or contact other VJers who have had their interviews at the same Consulate.
