Can some one answer a question for me please. My wife came here on a K1 Fancee visa. We married last October. She brought her youngest daughter with her on this visa. We would like to bring her oldest daughter over. What forms do we need to fill out for this process ? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

As long as you listed the older daughter on the I-129F petition, and the daughter is under 21 years old, you will be able to have her follow-to-join. You must obtain the K-2 Visa within one year of the original K-1 Visa, though.

To start the process, I faxed the DS-230, Part I for my daughter to the Consulate where I had my K-1 interview and then started gathering the required documents, such as long form birth certificate, police certificate, passport photos, and notarized letter from her biological Dad giving his permission for her to move to the U.S. to live with me (we had joint custody of my daughter). I also booked her physical exam.

After I had gathered all the documents and she had her medical exam, I requested an interview date for her K-2 Visa. The only question they asked her at her interview was why she had not come to the U.S. at the same time as I did. She told them she wanted to finish high school in Canada. We picked up her K-2 Visa the same day, later in the afternoon.

You could try emailing the consulate to ask what procedures you should follow.
