Well today I sent in my I-130 and I-129F together to the California Service Center. It looks like it worked for another member last month at the same California Service Center so I am giving it a try.

And Yes, I realize the K3 is not an immigrant visa, But my biggest concern is to be together with my wife as soon as possible. This is why I decided to try sending them together, I will do whatever it takes to speed up the process.

I will keep everyone posted on the progress.

Well, there is great news for filing both petitions together for the K3 in CSC. This week I received the NOA1's for both the I-130 and I-129F. I admit that I was getting a little nervous because I received the NOA1 in the mail for the I-130 from CSC on Monday but not for the I-129F. But today, Thursday, I received the NOA1 for the I-129F and stating that the fee is waived.

So it looks like, at least for CSC, it is working for the K3 to send both petitions in together. :dance:
