Ana;

I took a look at the others timeline and most of them got an interview appointment waiting 2 weeks after returning the pkt3.

I’m starting to get so nervous because of the interview that I have lost even more weight! I lost 13 kilos (28.6 Lbs) in 8 months!!!

Yes I’m planning on getting on the plane to Jonathan right after the Interview! God I miss him soooooo much!!!

Is your wedding dress done yet?

Sweetheart, I'm pretty sure it'll go just fine!!! Stop worrying yourself skinny :). Just think about all the good things that will happen after the interview when you arrive to Florida and start building your life with John! Consider this little trip to Stockholm embassy to be a last bump on your road to Happily Ever After :innocent:

Our "bumps" are still t here, lol. Case hasn't reached NVC yet. It's still early days. I'm planning to apply for my police certificate tmr. As to my dress, it's not done yet. And the lady who's making it is on a week-long vacation. But that's one thing I'm not worried about. She's been making my clothes for over 11 years now and is good on deadlines. I just can't wait to put it on and walk down the aisle, though :)

Yevginey, you do not have to wait on packet 3. Just download it from the embassy website. In Kiev, there is no packet 4 anymore. Just a packet 3. When you are entered in the consulate system, then you can schedule the interview. No need to wait, until I get my interview.

Nat, where are you? I want the good news. Let me know if I have to rough somebody up.

Jen, CFL. Come on. All CFL players could not make it here, however it is still football. I would love to get payed to play it. I guarantee you most are from the south. Now, hockey is starting. In Raleigh, Edmunton and Montreal are the teams that we like to hate. Good pick for you. Well, there are other good Canadian teams.

Ana, Iuliia applied for her police certificate today. She said it would be ready on Oct. 13. My B-Day. I do not know if she had to pay a little extra to get it done in that timeframe. I am going to start calling the call center on Friday.

I am actually going to be quiet this week. I have a lot of customers to see and tons of things to get done. I made it to Atlanta tonight and will be in Birmingaham for 2 days.

Jen, Saturday night was great weather, until. My youngest sons team crushed Holly Springs, badly. Then my two oldest sons game started. beat Those boys got beat like they had written them bad checks. Plus, something you ordered up, it pissed rain hard for the whole game. Thank you for leaving the rain. Just to let you know, it is supposed to be 80 for the rest of the week. How do you like me now? By the way, we are in a race. It would be great if you beat us. I am positive about our timeline now. Rock and roll baby.

Come on Nat. You are my pick, don't make me look stupid.

Sandra, I run a little search for you girl and apparently Belgium is not a popular country, lol. Not much info. Based on those few timelines from the past year, average is 53 days from NOA2 date to receiving visa. And now I'll be glad to go and kick some Belgian postal workers so they would hurry up and make your day :)

Alex, two weeks? That would be amazing. Are you planning to leave right after the interview? Dave is calling NVC right now to see about our case, so no news yet :).

Yevgenij, first of all, she can go ahead and do the medical. As long as you have the KEV number, you guys are fine. We do not have packet 3, and stuff you got from the embassy webpage is the same thing they will mail out. I guess they don't trus our mail service, lol. As to going to the interview... Kiev embassy was reported to be pretty easy. If all your docs are in order and you have evidence of bona find relationship, they often ask no questions what so ever. Thus, it's not really necessary. I talked Dave out of it. I'd much rather he takes time off work when I get there.

Thanks Ana, i'll tell that my girl, she's been denied guest visa like 4 times so she's nervous, i'll tell her that its easy this time and hopefully she won't worry so much.

Last technical question. I've made no $ last year. Opened new business for my father and we actually been loosing money till about a month ago. So i had no income. I do have a job (my fathers business but i don't make any $ yet. He just pays my bills lol. I have a sponsor who is my cousin. She's a doctor. Do i have to fill out I 134 or is it sufficient to have only the on from my cousin? I had no tax return for 2007 either... (poor me) lol. My lawyer advised to file 1040 for a few thousand $ just to show embassy that i did make 2000$ last year. Sounds way to low to even show any income at all. Any experience with this?

As always thank you

well I got half my list done today guys! Have to wait until tomorrow for the rest, but thats alright. I go for some of my shots on the 8th, so I'll have to schedule my medical for after that. SHouldn't be a problem.

Ana, that is fab you saw my dress in the magazine :) It's from the new fall collection, so I shouldn't be surprised I suppose. Its not an original by any means, but it looked so very nice on, and the price didn't make me want to vomit in the dressing room LOL. Don't worry, you'll get all your stuff done :) It just looks like a lot, it doesn't take as much time as it reads LOL.

Alex, don't you go getting sick my losing too much weight....I'm only going to be 3 states north of you, don't think I wont come down and feed you southern chicken and biscuits!!!!

Sandra - I'm gonna go bananas if you don't get that packet soon :P

Ryan - did Chantel get her packet 3 yet?

Kirk - bah, it's alright :) It's been really nice here the last couple days - mid 70's, which is totally fine with me. The trees are gorgeous right now :D We had the rain though...that l'il storm named Kyle made landfall right on top of us. new brunswick had the rain, Nova Scotia had the wind :S We have some good freakin football players :P But you're right, a lot are probably from the south./...But where the hell do you think you all get your hockey players from :P

My friends are Montreal fans, Edmonton is decent - Vancouver has their moments. As long as it's not Toronto, everyone is happy LOL.

I would love to beat Iulia there my friend, but I have a feeling that she's gonna beat me to the good ol' US o fA. Montreal is too busy/too slow (take your pick), and I have no idea when I'm gonna get lucky enough to have my interview scheduled. We'll wait and see :)

the 4 of us will go for beers when we get there - and I have no problem with them being on you :P I'm gonna be piss-####### broke!

Good morning all ... this should be the day eh? Thanks for your support Ana, Alex and Jen

Alex, I know all about weightloss ... I have to keep an eye on myself these days. I've never had stress biting chunks out of me, but since I know Greg and was/am dying to be with him I'm only half of what I used to be (I had a few too many lots of extras, but they're gone now lol). I really hope you have your interview in 2 weeks, that would make my day! :)

Ana, thanks for the research ... it's just that all cases are so different. With Dutti everything went pretty smooth and fast, Marash didn't plan on getting married till now, and has her visa for quite some time now and I don't remember the name of the other couple, but for them it took long to get their approval, but once it got to the embassy everything went superfast. So I have no idea what's ahead of me ... Hope the NVC sends your file right out, once they received it

Jen, I thought bananas grew on a tree  But thanks girl :) and good luck striping off that list of yours!

Jenni, reading your posts are the greatest in-sight into what happens after NVC, lol. Hope I'll be able to spring full-force into action just like you  Do you have to get many shots? I think I only need HPV and that will be done in US. Works for me, cause I don't really like needles :).

Sandra, any news yet? Or is still too early in the morning in Belgium? And, yes, I figured that those few cases they had on VJ for your contury were different, so not a great sample. Hopefully yours will be super-fast!!!!

Kirk, looks like it's a standard time. I haven't applied for mine today, though. It was raining, so I stayed home. Really miss having my car on days like this.

Yevgenij, don't really have much experience with this one, as we don't need a sponsor. I suggest you email the embassy. They are pretty efficient in replying to emails.

Nat, where are you at? Any news from USCIS yet?

You are right Ana! I do need to calm down a little and stay positive, at this point I don’t even know myself, normally I’m such a positive person, but now I’m just freaking out having all kinds of negative thoughts that are not going to make things better!

God what is wrong with me???

Maybe this is what you call K1 syndrome :bonk:

Oh Ana keep on calling NVC… they should receive your documents this week!

Jen

You are so cute!!!

I use to be a 92kgs (202.4 Lbs) girl!

Now m 59kgs (129.8 Lbs) and 1,74 m (5,7 ft) not too skinny! I love food, can not wait to make a visit to California Pizza kitchen, Wendy’s and Taco bell.

Sandra

You are too sweet!

Hi, Alex! There's nothing wrong with you, just a major case of interview jitters. Successful visa interview will take care of that, trust me :). Now stop loosing weight or your gorgeous dress will be too big :). Hm... on the up side, nothing a little Wendy's won't fix (can't wait to have #5, no onions, extra cheese, fries :innocent: )
