No loud noises. My head is still pounding. Not really, but not feeling 100% correct either. Somebody was irresponsible last night. Damn the bartender. I can't believe she made me drink all that. Was there a game on? I think there was. I was good until the jaeger bombs. What a nasty drink. Just got off a long phone call about travel plans back to see Iuliia and interview stuff. I mentioned hunting but she blew me off. I will have to give her uncle a call. I want to see more approvals. Let's go folks.

Ana and Nat, I want good news from you.

Keep the faith people.

Finally showed up on the web site today.

Chantal and I are approved  Very happy day here.

Here's hoping that the rest of you May filers are right behind me.

Ryan and Chantal !!! :star::star::star: CONGRATULATIONS!!! :star::star::star:

[/color] Ana - Thank you very much. Yeah, I was a little worried that I couldnt pull off the trunk trick without having it written all over my face. Glad I didnt have to find out.

Jenni - Thank you very much. That would be great, and I hope the date is much sooner than any of us think

Tarantula - Thank you very much for the kind words

Marmite and Luckytxn - Thank you both very much

Nat and Jack - Thank you guys very much!!

I very much appreciate the words from all of you. Thank you for taking the time to say congrats.

And for those of you still waiting, who should have received theirs before me, I only can say I wish and hope that you're next.

Maybe you should ask Alex to say that. Cause it sure worked for me when she did.

Ryan

As of:

June 26, 2012 - The Hubbs received his 10-year Permanent Residency Card (aka THE Greencard) in the mail today!

At long last, this highly stressful leg of our journey has come to a close - for now - and we couldn't be more grateful and appreciative for all the tremendous help and support here on VJ! Without VisaJourney I doubt we would be where my husband and I are today! Thanks to all!

Bah

Steel, I'm sorry we didn't get out last night...Bo had a long driving day at work, and I felt so lousy last night....Girl thing you understand. I would have been the worst company ever. But when this whole mess is over, and bth Iulia and I are here for good, we will DEFINITLY be going for drinks to celebrate...maybe she can teach me some Russian :) Have a safe trip to Chicago!

Congrats on new approvals! Oh, and I know he hasn't been in here, but I saw Gordon post earlier, so he is alive :) Looks like his petition is on it's way to London.

I think we should keep the process in this thread so we don't all get lost. ALthough all the consulates have varying packets, I think we can all help each other out.

Ryan - I have a friend who just finished her K-1 process..she got married about 2 weeks ago. SHe's my source of info from here on in, and I would be happy to share it with Chantel if she has any questions about the next steps! That goes for any other Canadian filers!! :D
