Gordon : Not a problem hun :) Let us know when she gets it :) Let Lara know that once she recieves the letter, she can give NVC a ring to find out when your petition arrives there. I think Kim posted the number in a different thread yesterday or Friday :) I do believe Alex has the number as well.

Steel: Yay! tell your sons congrats..I'm watching football now. I told Bo I would start watching it (it's the closest thing to Rugby, so I can deal), but he's going to really have to convince be about Basketball :S The weather is beautiful, even though it's hot. Bo works everyday until Friday now though, so I won't be going too far :S Sit out on the balcony, watch the cars with a beer :)

Sorry to hear your love is sick. She thinks she wants this weather, but she's going to be like me, and probably get sick more often for the first few months of her stay here. I have a bit of tolerance because I live next to water too...so I can tolerate the humidity. Bo is from Cali, been here 5 years and STILL can't tolerate the stickiness :) I hope she gets better soon!

Ana - that means you too hun!! Have some chicken soup and plenty of rest :)

Alex - Have you stopped dancing yet :) hehehe...I'm so glad we're all moving forward with this process.

Dairy - How is CSC doing? I havent popped my their thread in awhile. Still have my fingers crossed for you, as well as all the other lovely May filers in this thread :D

Asking me about the the CSC is like poking a bees nest with a stick.

Nooooo, dont pay attention to USCIS website!!!!, put the correct date in your timeline. It looks like you forgot to put the date you sent the I129F. You should fill out the date you sent your I129F and the date they received your application. When you have that information, automatically you´ll see an estimate of the date that you should recieve your NOA2. I filed in June and mine is approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so dont pay attention to them. Good luck!!!! your NOA2 is coming to you!!

Good evening May Filers, I've been browsing through some of the Vermont filings, and I've noticed a few very similar to mine May 14th 08 that have either been touched numerous times and or approved for NOA2. I'm very happy for those that are moving out of the NAO1 corral and to greener pastures, but Is Vermont in a position to crank out their applications now that their load is somewhat eased, or have I become crazed caused by the 123 day wait? At least touch me!

This is what I really don't understand... Why was backlog from Vermont sent to California, when from a K1 perspective California is soooo much slower? I'm really happy for Vermont filers who have been approved, and I realize that they two centers are much closer than they've been in the past (within a month and a half or so, as opposed to five-six months). It's just frustrating, particularly since I'm still at least two plus months away (according to my VJ timeline estimate) and June filers from Vermont are getting approvals.

That said, huge congrats to all the Vermont filers who have been approved--I'm glad your center is moving again!!!

the processing date quoted by the USCIS is supposed to be the earliest dated petitions they are processing, but many people receive their NOA2 before then, its just to cover themselves. lots of ppl from may are getting theirs now, dont panic ppls!

i think but i'm not expert but california might be the biggest and most staffed of all the service centers, possibly because it seems to me thay have a biggeer catchment area, than vermont. i would assume they get more applications on whole than vermont too. if its true that every service center is ment to be helping with citizenship it might be that with the very very very slow married visas at vermont, and cali having more staff than others they could stand to loose a few extra staff. though i'm with you i don't fully feel that it makes sence.
