Good moring May Filers, I'm one of the newbies, but I've been reviewing comments and watching the processing trend for a few weeks now. Has anyone noticed that "Processing times" at CSC here on the VJ website were adjusted from May 6 to back to April 26? Was California given another load of applications from "Enron"...I mean Vermont again?

I too am happy for those who move forward on this horrible journey of "Hurry up and wait" but it also seems as if Vermont is now at least a month ahead of California...I wonder why!

I'm sorry to say but none of us have an answer. There is no rhyme nor reason let alone logic to all the timelines go backwards.

Vermont is usually ahead. They did to even up more when there was a push on I think I -140's or something month before last but otherwise CSC seems always to be behind.

We started this process last year, but the attorney that we had never paid the UCIS. We paid her 1700$ and nothing happened!

So we had to start all over again this year!

12 paid free days is not bad at all :P:) !

Thank you sweetheart!!!

Hopefully you will get you approval soon! Fingers crossed :) !

It is good to see some things picking up here. I have been wearing out the USCIS website. I am still pending.

Now it looks like it is time to start stalking the mailman. I guess I will have to put a GPS on her car.

I am glad to see approvals. A good friend of mine just got engaged last week to a FSU woman. I hope that they speed things up for them. They will file in a week or two. We were on the same flights to Kiev last Christmas. I left him in Kiev for 2 weeks while I went to Kharkov. He has since been back 4 times. They are just waiting on a translated and notarized birth certificate to file.

Glad to see June approvals, but there are still over 70 May filers waiting from VSC. Talking about being all over the place. Are they ADHD? I am still hoping for and October interview, but it looks like I will be back to Ukraine in November when it gets cold. Just my luck. Oh well, I have frozen my tail off before. It is all worth it. Still have to finish the house remodeling before she gets here, so I've got some time.

Time to start stalking the mailman. I hope there are 40 people with NOA2 in the mail.

Hi May,

Am still alive and kicking :) Did not have much Internet access during our trip to the seaside, but was able to track Igor's list on Dave's blackberry. So did a little dance for each familiar name out there :) So CONGRATS to all my dear friends!!!! Am so happy for Alex, Jenni, Gordon, Tarantula and Tiger :).

Am a bit upset seen all those June approvals while so many May filers are still waiting, but nothing we can do about it, USCIS is just unfair :)

What's the worst is that all my plans of taking Dave to Kiev went down in flames as I got really sick, so he pretty much spends time with my family while heavily medicated me is snoring away. Tell me about bad timing. Hope I'll get a bit better by tmr to put him on the plane back to US :(

My last ray of hope is thinking that our approval is seating in D's mailbox waiting for him to get home, lol ;)

Best wishes to all of us still waiting!!!!
