Howdy all. I just found this forum recently and apologize for not saying anything but just did not have anything really to say till now.

I am also a May filer and got the receipt of I-129f from Uscis on May 6. I just got a email sent and went to the uscis website that my I-129f has been approved. I thought I would let y'all know thart they are now doing the May filings and everyone here should be getting the Approvals soon if not already received.

Good luck and God bless everyone.

Congrats Abe and Verito and thank you so much. We were one day apart on receipt and approved the same day. I knew others in May had to have started getting theirs when I got mine and that means we all will have our approvals coming.

It's very common for California's system not to be working or updating. Happens all the time. :(

I've not seen or heard of it happening with Vermont tho. :(

Just remember there are LOADS of petitions out there that we dont see here. When we had a week like this, I used to tell myself that there was at least 20 approvals that day even though we didn't see them. ;) Then i'd go searching others EAC numbers around ours to see who was getting approved.

this is the hardest time for you all. Stay strong.. it's coming!!!

Hey Kim! Got approved today!!!!!!!!!! I'm dancing naked right now!

Jen, glad to see you will be back in the south in September. Should only be a high of 90. I do promise you this, NO SNOW! Make sure that you leave it up there. Wait until we get an inch of snow here and everything shuts down, people wreck their cars and act like the end of world is coming, it is funny. We have one snowplow and it is broken. When they call for snow, avoid the grocery store. Everyone runs out and buys milk and bread. Seriously, you will experience this. I think the CEO's of the milk and bread companies pay of the weathermen to forecast 2 whole inches so they can meet their quarterly quotas. After football practice in the morning we will be back at Jordan Lake forming up the "redneck yacht club." Football got in way this evening. It will be our last big hoorah. Next weekend is our big dove hunt and then hunting season will be in full swing. There might be a cold one in the cooler. Bring some of that high octane Moosehead or LaBatt's down with you.

Ana, it sounds like you have a great trip planned. I wish that I was in Ukraine right now. I say again, I am jealous. It is the time comittments that kept me from being there. Julia keeps saying that she wants me there, but I have to go help her move here, plus deer season in November. What a redneck dream. I hope that she learns how to skin one quickly. LOL. Actually, I will be duck hunting with her uncle when I go back. Hopefully in October.

Let's hope for 40 approvals in the next week, not like the ####### we saw this week. I really need to talk to them about their fire insurance. I have a feeling my petition is in the cafeteria under a table leg to keep it from wobbling.

Take it easy and keep the faith.

Good morning May...

Joe.. CONGRATULATIONS buddy!!!! woohoo.gif I hope you're still dancing! ;)

Jenni, Gordon..all those waiting.. I rememeber the weekends being so difficult when we were in the 'home stretch' and just wanting to be through with them and onto Monday so we could perhaps see progress. I know this is a super difficult time for those of you still waiting on your approvals but hold strong...this is the worst part... but it means it's coming!!! :)

OK...I have done some breathing and feel better...

 A HUGE Congrats to those who got approved! Luckytxn, Abe n Verito and Wei and Joe!!! I hope I didn't sound as though i was not happy for you in last nights post. I just know we have an RFE coming, which will hold up the petition, and I just want them to send it and get it done with :P That and Montreal is SOOO SLOWW!

Steelman: LMAO...I can't WAIT to see the freakout over an inch of snow...I'm gonna be out running around in shorts, laughing at everyone...I won't be bringing any with me, dont worry...we usually dont' see it until the end of November anyway. I'm hoping for a beautiful autumn though :) It's my favorite time of the year. I would love to bring some Canadian Beer with me, because all you guys have in NC is Canadian and Blue *gags* - I'm gonna find a bar that will be nice and do some importing for me. I'll let you know the time and place :)

Kim: Thank you for the positive words...I do know it's coming, and I hate to complain in light of the fact I get to see Bo so often. I think the thing that bothers me now is that this no longer feels like home. I love love love my familly and friends, but this physical place is no longer where my heart is - and home is where the heart is :)

to all the other may filers: I hope this week is our week guys!! I have a nice bottle of red wine that is going to be opened, and I will have a drink for each of our approvals! Hell, I'm gonna have a big glass when we get our RFE notice LOL :)
