It took quite a while to get my NOA1 back from them. The check was cashed more than a week before I received an NOA1 in the mail. Hopefully you will be getting yours soon or see that the check was cashed!

Hi Guys, May filer here:) filed on the 8th recieved NOA1 on the 18th so not bad. step one completed. Have since noticed on my forms that ive overlapped my employment and written NA instead of NONE which i thinks going to result in a RFE but hoping its not too major and wont hold it up too much. Hi Guys, we filed on the 8th of may and recieved our hard copy NOA1 yesterday although it was dated the 17th:) Although its not all good news as i re-read my package and ive overlapped on the employment section and my fiance has a 2 month gap. rtivial i know but it has RFE written all over it. oh well,i'm still hoping for a 4/5 month approval:) good luck everybody.

Hi everybody! Great to have some company while waiting for an approval . Well, we originally filed on April 22, by had a package mess up, and praid for a REF. VSC just sent it back. So, filed again on the 22nd. I was really hoping to be in the US by September, by who knows when it'll happen now

Hello everyone I just noticed this tread....sent our I-129F in on May 14th...received on May 15th 11:04am signed by V.SEMEGI..check cashed May 16th...NOA1 notice date May 16th...viewed cashed check in my online banking and got my receipt # May 19th,also signed up to receive automatic e-mail updates and finally received the NOA1 hard copy in the mail May 22nd

Of course we had to file with the CSC...so we will see what happins .
