Good to see there are some approvals in our month.

The waiting is weighing a ton at the moment ...:whistle::unsure::blink: I told Greg that I wanted to go into hibernation 'till we get our approval ... he told me I had way too much stuff to take care off to do that. And he's right! :star: Have a great day may-filers, heads up and tons of positive vibes ...

Hey All!

We are so quiet these days! I think a lot of us are watching April's thread so closely to hopefully see them all approved soon. I had an extremely bad day yesterday for no reason in particular. I was just frustrated and fed up. I keep checking the wait times for Montreal and it's not looking promising :( If I get there by Christmas I'll be lucky. I was hoping for a fall wedding (it's my favorite season), but I guess as long as I get tehre I'll be alright.

I'm feeling a bit better today. I see how long others have had to wait, and I think that I am lucky, so I'm trying to be productive. I renewed my gym membership for 3 months, went and got groceries and made some appointments. I think I'm gonna try and get back on my health kick. I feel so much more positive when I'm trying to be healthy, rather than sit around and dwell on time.

On a happier note, Bo bought me a laptop while I was down last week, and now we can video chat, which we werent able to do before. I find it makes it a bit easier to see him, rather than just hear him. I seem to cry more though LOL - but it's a happy cry!

How is everyone? How are you all dealing with the wait?

Seems as though they are adjudicating the filers from around Apr 21-ish right now, with a couple of lucky May filers as well...i think we will only be waiting a couple more weeks before we all start to see approvals. We're 86 on Igor's list, and I see William and Alex have broken 100 :D Go go may!!

Hi Jen. I seem to cope ok this end. Lara on the other had is impatient and pulls the hair out her head. The way I look at it things and cope with the wait is the fact that I get to see my kids and family before I move over to the States.

Everyday is getting nearer to moving and I'm just taking things as they come. I really hope you get there well before xmas. It has been a long 2 years wait for me and Lara but in the end its well worth it.

Jenni,

You forgot to take the heat and humidity with you. I went skiing again Saturday, it was still hot! I am currently outside of Hotlanta. 99 today. Please take this heat up north, will ya. Just kidding, I want to keep it for the winter. We have only seen ice or snow about 3 times in the past 2 years. That is good that you video-chat. I do that once in a while with my SO, but with my travel schedule it is hard with the 7 hour time difference. Oh well, she will have to put up with me in person 24/7 before too long. I hope that you get to Raleigh for good before too long. I have a feeling that it will be until late in the year the way things are happening here and in Kiev. That is the cards that I am dealt. Live with it and go on. I hope that you enjoyed your stay in NC and that you are reunited soon. I need to tell the adjudicators at the VSC that I hope that they have good fire insurance because I know some people that know some people. Let's see how many people get that joke.

Yes I am not PC.

And we are 157 on Igor's List.

Still in a lot of pain Alex. She's still of work and has no idea when she will be back. The Dr has told her it may take upto 6 months for recovery. At this point she might have to send her kids upto there dads in Philadelphia. She doesn't want to do that but might not have any other choice.

I hope you had a great time on you holidays. I think we both should get our NOA2 at the end of the month Alex, It's looking promising.
