Hello all. Just thought i'd pop on to see how everyone is doing. Sorry I haven't been on lately, been busy as hell with work. I got my medical on Monday which went by very quick. Also got my visa interview letter today which is for the 18th November at 900am.

Glad to see everyone here has things moving forward. I have been busy trying to get ahead of work and take care of my customers. I am leaving on Sunday for Kiev for the interview. I will be there for two weeks. Not looking forward to the colder weather, but the sacrifices that I make. We are returning on the 14th. I can not miss any more of deer season than that. It ends Jan 1st.

Nat, I am have seen some people celebrate Halloween in Ukraine. Good party. Also saw people dress up for New Years like it was a Halloween celebration. Good times.

Ana, I sent you a PM. Who knows, we can fight over which restaurant. For lunch, Felinis, for dinner, De Javu or Marakeesh. Maybe we should let you pick. Talk to you later. I know that you are busy.

Jen, Keep the faith, you will get your interview date soon. I've got the first round for you and Bo at the Ale House.

I remember two months ago and we were all complaining and whining about this process, including yours truly, now it is GO time. It is good to see the happy endings. I hope no one takes that one the wrong way. It was not meant as a joke, but if you understand it, you can take it as one. I am sure that I am not the only sick one. Then again, I might be.

I have a friend who just started this whole process. Filed last week. I feel for him and Julia. Yes, same name as my SO. I just hope in the translation they do not spell it Iuliia on her documents. We have to get that changed. Too many dumb rednecks will butcher it.

I will let yall know when the eagle has landed.

I received Packet 4 on Tuesday.

My interview appointment will be November 5, 2008. The medical as well. =O)

SANDRA, congrats!!!!! Am so happy, and let me just say, WOW already flying out :) Have a very safe trip and don't forget to check in after you are all settled! I'm really really happy for both you and Greg!!!

Congrats and safe travels for those of you travelling soon, good luck and best wishes to those of you with upcoming interviews. My thoughts are with you all. Thank you for all the support over the last few months.

I have been very emotional lately, and am getting sick. I love you all, but I dont think I will be back on (or very little) until I get my interview date. It's too disheartening and frustrating for me right now.

<3 to everyone, I'm so happy you will be with your loved ones soon..I can only hope for the same for myself at some point.

7/09/09 - received notice of GC appointment date
8/07/09 - Green Card interview at Raleigh Field office at 8:45am - Given RFE for I-693 Vaccination suppliment
9/08/09 - returned RFE to field office. Approved for Green Card
9/09/09 - Received email that Card production had been ordered.
9/17/09 - Green Card in the mail - No more USCIS until June, 2011 :D

(1) Did u guys means Petitioner send Beneficiarie any proof of ongoing relationship evidence or doc.?

(2) When did you send I-134 to Beneficiarie?

I got touched on Halloween 10/31/2008..but not update on USCIS website ..no Approval, no REF :innocent: ...I don't know . :blush: yet

(3) Another one is I just have question about marriage- It is ok to have only Courthouse marriage? that after courthouse wedding.. had to have any kind religous-coustom wedding or any kind family reception?

Because....in my case I got all my relative in USA but my fiance side no one is here so..I don't want him to feel lonely on wedding day :( (offcoures in first wedding all want ..their near n dear ones specially parents.. in wedding) so thinking to do only small courthouse marriage?..Is that would be any problen in feture for AOS? :unsure:
