Alex, so sorry to hear about your nephew... That little one has gone through so much! I just hope the surgery went well and they figured out what was wrong with him (F).

Yevgenij , we didn't even get through today :( I did receive an email from the embassy saying we can call next week :blink: to schedule. I guess we'll try tmr again. The lady you've talked to clearly has no clue, while they can take up to 2 months, generally it is 2 weeks or less! To track it use EXP 30 SEP 2008A as reference and than pick date range September 30- October 2. It should show up.

Jenni Glad to hear your medical went well. Sounds very different from what we have here in Ukraine, though :).

Let me know how it goes tomorrow. Took me 2 tries this morning. How long ago did you email them? and what email address did you send to? thanks ana and good luck

Jen! Hi!

Your report about medical was very interesting :thumbs: . It's good to hear that it went well and it was professional. I have read that it's kind of the same in Moscow, though it costs about 160$, and it takes about 4-5 hours to pass everything, but you have to go back to get results in sealed envelope.

Nat, congratulations on the approval!! That's so good to hear ^_^

Alex, sorry to hear about the little one *sends tons of good vibes* ... But good to hear the medical went just fine!

Jen, wow it's like they've been inspecting you in and out to get certified ... :P glad it all went good, and also glad to hear about the 156K :)

Ana and Yevgeniy, I really hope you guys get a positive answer from the embassy this week!! :star:

Welcome to all new May peeps!! Good luck on your journeys!!

I'm pretty content now ... finally everything is back on track! I got my packet 3, though I thought I was going to die when I opened it ... There was a wrong affidavit form included, thank goodness the instruction letter said I needed the I134 ... and there was no DS156K ... Called the Embassy again this morning, telling them these issues. The Affidavit they sent was the wrong one the lady confirmed, and she was going to mail out the DS156K today! I asked her about an interview date, I had to be a little persistant, but the lady was great, and willing to help (thank you Mrs of the Embassy!) ... So I got my date, October 28! I couldn't be more happy. :dance: My packet 3 went in the mail today back to Brussels.

So I feeeeeeeel gooooood! And finally we have something to look forward to. Greg is so psyched too, soon I'll be back my love, very soon!!!! (L)

Have a wonderful day y'all!! :)

Hi Guys!

I've called to Call Center also today, nothing new either, girl said that they confused also because they didn't receive any Kev numbers during last week, she said that they have some kind of delay. :whistle:

I've received Information package by regular mail today! :D

My paperwork are almost have done, but they really sent it to me.

Yevgeniy, try to e-mail them to KyivIV@state.gov

KyivNIV@state.gov -- for questions on non-immigrant visa processing;

KyivIV@state.gov -- for questions on immigrant visa processing (including Fiancée visa inquiries) ;

Kyivadoptions@state.gov -- for questions on adopting Ukrainian orphans by American citizens.

I asked them about status of my case, and they sent me answer at the same day.

Anyway, it doesn't meter anything, I'm still not in the system! :(

It's nightmare, I'm loosing all my patience! :wacko:

Hello Alya, i am wondering what you mean by information package? packet 3? What really sucks is that they don't have an answer explaining whats going on. I understand if they're backed up or something but not knowing whats going on is making me nervous... Plus this really sucks waiting each day more and more...

Thank you for the email addresses i'll email

Yevgenij, be sure to email KyivIV and include your KEV number. They usually reply within a day. I dunno what's taking them so long.

Alya, your case is a clear example of the major screw up in the system. I mean, seriously. Once you get your info packet you should be able to call and schedule the interview. Hm... makes me wonder if they plano n mailing me one....

Sandra, here's a happy dance for you: :dance::dance::dance: Congrats again :) And if you won't get DS156K in the mail, you can get one on the www.state.gov.

Jenni good luck at work, sounds a bit tough so many overnight shifts, hope you make it through!

Alex, dear, thanks for the well-wishes :)

Ana! Privet!

How are things there? Did you get the interview date?

My news- Jack called NVC today, they told him new case number and said that it will be delivered to embassy in 2-4 weeks. They also might contact him when it's in embassy. I doubt though. Anyway I hope it will be delivered soon. I have got a question did you track your case at dhl website, and did you use new case number or just dates to find out when it was sent and received?
